摘要 PURPOSE:To provide the title recording material which has a light-heat convertible ink layer on a supporter and gives a transfer image having high sensitivity and being little in blocking by providing a back coating layer on the opposite face of the ink layer and regulating the surface of the back coating layer to a specified roughness and equipping mat material having a specified mean particle diameter at the specified rate. CONSTITUTION:The light-heat conversion type heat-mode recording material 3 has at least a light-heat convertible ink layer on a supporter. A back coating layer is provided on the opposite face of the ink layer. Surface roughness (Ra) of the back coating layer is regulated to 0.1-2.0. Further mat material is contained in the back coating layer at 0.1-10mg/m<2> and the mean particle diameter of mat material (i.e., zinc oxide) is 2-10mum. As a result, the heat-mode thermal transfer recording material is obtained which gives a transfer image having high sensitivity and being little in blocking and is excellent in conveyance properties in the inside of a device.
