PURPOSE:To prevent the ingress of water to the apparatus side moving along the inner surface of a decorative plate when installing an apparatus to a residential equipment such as kitchen sink. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus B is installed to an attaching frame 7 which is to be attached to a mounting opening for residential apparatus such as kitchen sink. Main portion of the apparatus B is located closely to an opening 11a and a decorative plate 11 is attached to the frame. A recessed groove 11b is formed on the rear portion at the upper edge of a decorative plate 11. Packing P is inserted to this recessed groove 11b. Packing P is attached under pressure to the surface of the residential apparatus such as kitchen sink.
