PURPOSE:To obtain the creak generating apparatus, which measures the creak of rubber material by sliding rubber material such as a weather strip and a door glass and generating the creak (minute vibrating sound) as a test. CONSTITUTION:In a generating apparatus for creak of rubber material, a sample stage 20, to which rubber material under test 10 is attached, is supported with a pair of upright supporting rods 30 and 30, to which plate springs 31 and 31 are coupled at the upper and lower sides respectively, so that the stage 20 can be fluctuated right and left in the longitudinal direction. DC solenoids 51 and 52, which attract cores 41 and 42 when a current flows, are provided. The cores 41 and 42 are attached to the right and left ends of the sample stage 20. Approach sensors 61 and 62 for detecting the approach of the sample stage 20 are attached to the DC solenoids 51 and 52. A relay switch group, which opens and closes the circuits of the corresponding DC solenoids 51 and 52 based on the detection, is provided. |
