PURPOSE:To enable a customer to place an order even if a store clerk is absent so that the service of good quality can be received, and besides, to prevent an input mistake at the time of the settlement of accounts, thereby accounts settling period of time can be shortened by calculating the total amount of money of transaction based on the ordering contents by an accounts settlement processing unit and displaying the ordering data on an electronic slip when the customer inputs the ordering data by the input means of an electronic menu. CONSTITUTION:When the order data showing the ordering contents of a commodity is inputted by the input means 11 of the electronic menu 1, the ordering data is transmitted from a transmitting means 12 to the accounts settlement processing unit 2. In the accounts settlement processing unit 2, commodity data to show the attribute of each commodity are stored previously in a commodity data storage means 21, and the ordering data transmitted from the electronic menu 1 is received by a receiving means 22. Thereafter the commodity data corresponding to the ordering data is retrieved from the commodity data storage means 21 by a commodity data retrieving means 23, and the total amount of money is calculated by a calculating means 24. The order used for this calculation is transmitted to the electronic slip 3 by the transmitting means 25. |
