The power supply includes a plug, with which it is integrated to a unit. The pins (1) of the plug are connected directly and flatly to a carrier plate (8), if necessary a thick layer substrate, for the electronic components. The pins are also connected directly and flatly to a noise suppression capacitor (4) which is formed as a wound capacitor. The noise suppression capacitor is wound around the part of the carrier plate which carries the transformer, in the shape of a sheath with a long rectangular cross section. ADVANTAGE - Has reduced dimension and weight.
