Beneath the window opening (3) two outwardly collared plates (22) vertically spaced apart are arranged as superimposed window sills. Under the one sill the input air inlet is arranged and under the other the output air outlet. The two air connections passing through the wall insulation (14) are arranged adjacently to one another and each carry a head piece (17,18), of which the one head piece (18) has an axis-parallel upwardly displaced outlet and the other head piece (17) has an axis-parallel downwardly displaced outlet. The window sills are inclined outwardly, and at the outwardly located end have a vertically upwardly directed extension (23,26), which covers over the head-piece outlet at a predetermined distance. USE/ADVANTAGE - Ventilating arrangement which guarantees optimal air feed in building outer wall components, with which outlets of air input and output channels are not visible from outside.
