<p>Biological substrate as obtained from a material of lignocellulosic type (called "base lignocellulosic material"), degraded by microorganisms, characterised by: - a quantity of lignin greater than 10 %, advantageously 15 %, as dry weight of the lignocellulosic material; - a distribution of phenolic compounds of the extracts of the lignocellulosic material of the substrate, such that the proportion as dry weight of the phenolic compounds in the form of polymers is lower than the sum of the proportions as dry weight of the trimers, dimers and monomers of the phenolic compounds in the extracts; - a quantity of carbon (C) and nitrogen (N) such that the C/N ratio is between approximately 50 and approximately 70, and is preferably situated at around 55; - the presence of microorganisms, especially of microorganisms capable of degrading materials of lignocellulosic type and, if appropriate, the presence of their walls.</p> |
