PURPOSE:To provide a pipe fitting having a simple structure which can connect pipes by one-touch, and which can facilitate the connection so as to reduce the working time for the connection. CONSTITUTION:A guide tapered part 4 whose diameter is gradually increased rearward, is formed in a cylindrical plug 1, and a locking groove 5 is formed in the guide tapered part 4. A cut-out groove 6 is formed being opened to the inside and outside a cylindrical socket 2, in the wall part of the latter. A U-like spring ring 7 is inserted in the cut-out groove 6 from the outside of the socket 2, striding over the same. The part of the spring ring 7 inserted into the cut-out groove 6 is inserted into the socket 2 through the cut-out groove 6 so as to form a resilient locking part 8. The resilient locking part 8 of the spring ring 7 is inserted into the locking groove 5 in the plug 1 inserted into the socket 2. Thus, the connection can be completed only by inserting the plug 1 into the socket 2. |
