PURPOSE:To prevent disconnection of a wiring pattern in an IC chip which disconnection is to be caused by discharge from a charged IC, in a portable storage device provided with the IC chip. CONSTITUTION:An IC chip 3 mounted on the surface of a substrate 2 is connected with a plurality of connection terminals 21 on the rear of the substrate 2, via wires 6, wirings 7, through hole connection parts 22. A conductive plate spring 13 is pressure-welded to each part 7a of a plurality of the wirings 7, which are mutually shorted. Hence when conductor like a human body comes into contact with a part of connection terminals 21 in the state that the IC chip 3 is charged, discharge occurs from the IC chip 3 via all wirings 7, so that the current disperses and flows in the whole wiring pattern in the IC chip 3. Thereby a comparatively large current does not flow in a part of the wiring pattern, and disconnection of the wiring pattern can be prevented. The shorted state is released when a pin is inserted from a pin insertion hole 15 of the substrate 2, and a conductive plate spring 13 is moved upward. |
