PURPOSE:To easily cope with the change of a synchronizing signal by automatically selecting the synchronizing signal having a frequency to be used from among plural preliminarily preset frequencies and generating a clock signal which has the phase synchronized with the synchronizing signal. CONSTITUTION:It is supposed that a synchronizing signal 101 extracted from the reception signal of a transmission line is changed among plural preset frequencies. Plural phase synchronizing clock generating parts 1 to 3 which input the synchronizing signal 101 and generate clock signals with phases synchronized at every frequency of the synchronizing signals and an output selector part 4 which extracts the used synchronizing signal having the frequency to be actually inputted from the synchronizing signal 101 and automatically selects an output signal corresponding to the used synchronizing signal from the respective output signals of plural phase synchronizing clock generating parts 1 to 3 and outputs the selected output signal as a synchronizing clock signal 102 are provided. |
