<p>PURPOSE:To make the processing of center cut data efficient. CONSTITUTION:A center cut data file 2 contains center cut data which differ in accounting date. A center cut data extracting mechanism 3 extracts center cut data of an accounting date specified from a terminal 1 from the center cut data file 2. A center cut data distributing mechanism 4 classifies the extracted center cut data into data which requires an associative process among accounts and other data; and the former data are stored in a center cut data file of the day and the later data are set in a previous center cut data file 5.</p> |
