PURPOSE:To provide a foundation improving agent having excellent penetrability and strength and useful for grouting work, etc., taking advantage of hydraulicity by mixing specific fine powder, white carbon, sodium hydroxide, etc., and fine powder of limestone, etc., and using the obtained admixture as a main component of the agent. CONSTITUTION:The foundation improving agent is composed mainly of a mixture of (A) fine powder having calcium oxide content of 20-50wt.%, containing vitreous substance accounting for 90% or more of the inner structure and having a Blaine value of 5,000cm<2>/g or higher, (B) sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide, (C) white carbon such as silicic anhydride having a BET surface area of 40m<2>/g or larger and (D) fine powder of limestone and clay having an ignition loss of 20-30% and containing 15-25% SiO2, 7-10% Al2O3, 3-7% Fe2O3, 60-70% CaO, 0.7-2% MgO and 1% or less SO3. |
