PURPOSE:To produce film excellent in optical characteristics such as haze, gloss, clarity and the like at high speed by a method wherein molten resin bubble is stabilized by bringing thermoplastic resin having small melt tension to long neck type form. CONSTITUTION:In the forming method and the device suitable therefor, molten resin bubble 3 is cooled with a first air ring 2 and, in addition, the temperature of the bubble 3 at the inlet of a second air ring 5, which is provided at the expansion point of the bubble, is controlled so as to lie within the temperature domain ranging from the melting point of thermoplastic resin to the temperature, which is higher than the melting point by 110 deg.C. |
