<p>PURPOSE:To effectively utilize burned ash conventionally handled as waste for the material of light weighted banking. CONSTITUTION:Paste 6 kneaded out of cement 1, water 3, waste burned ash 2, and water reducing agent 4, and bubbles 11 generated by forcedly feeding air through a compressor 9 to the kneaded object out of foaming agent 7 and water 8 are forcedly fed through a foaming nozzle 10. The kneaded object and the bubbles 11 are kneaded by means of a blender 12, and air milk 13 manufactured in this way is forcedly fed by a pump as light weighted material.</p> |
