PURPOSE:To reduce the thickness of a finish film and to increase surface smoothness and beautifullness by preventing the cracking or deformation of the surface of the primer film applied to the surface of reinforced plastic. CONSTITUTION:A primer is applied to the surface of a mold. The main agent of the primer is composed of an urethane primer and a curing agent consists of methyl isobutyl ketone and ethyl acetate and an accelerator consists of a rethane 327PG curing accelerator, a release agent, a surfactant, a viscosity controller and a thinner. The primer is sprayed in an amount of 200g/min at room temp. in a ratio of 400g/m<2> and dry tack time thereof is set to 5min and the curing time thereof is set to 24hr. The primer layer is lined with reinforced plastic in a dry tack state to be cured and, after curing, the obtained product is demolded. |
