<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a fixed exhaust speed from device and to do such control that a deviation is made smaller without receiving an influence from an applied pressure value and an air capacity. CONSTITUTION:A cuff 31, an exhaust valve 32 for reducing a pressure in the cuff 31, a pressure-detecting part 33 whereby its pressure change therein, i.e., exhaust speed, or current speed, is detected when the pressure in the cuff 31 is reduced by exhaust action caused by the exhaust valve 32, an adder 34 where by the deviation between this current speed and target speed is found when they are inputted therein, a controller 35 whereby an output from the adder 34 is amplified at a high gain and its output is applied to the exhaust valve 32, as a manipulated variable, a pulse wave-extracting part 36 for extracting the variation of the manipulated variable, i.e., the component of the pulse wave, and a blood pressure-determining part 37 whereby maximum and minimum blood pressures are determined by this component of the pulse wave, are provided.</p> |
