PURPOSE: To make a canula be attached without gaps and securely communicate a cardiac ventricle with an artificial vas. CONSTITUTION: The inner part 1 of this cannula positioned in a cardiac ventricle and the outer part 2 outside the heart wall, and each of parts 1, 2 is equipped with a claw 5 and a needle 8 as means to capture the heart wall respectively. The inner part 1 has a means to guide and adhere the outer part 2. A tube 4 corresponding to a hole on the heart wall equipped on the inner part 1 functions as a guide for the outer part 2.
