The mounting for a spinning ring (4) of a ring spinner, has a ring-shaped lower section (5) with a screw threading (6). This can be screwed in and out of a matching threading (7) at a circular opening in the ring holder (1) at the ring rail. Pref., the threading (6) at the lower section (5) of the spinning ring (4) ends in an upper shoulder (8) which, when the ring is screwed home, bears against the upper surface (9) of the ring holder (1). USE/ADVANTAGE - The mounting is for the assembly and dismantling of a spinning ring at the ring rail of a ring spinner. The spinning ring is firmly mounted when in use, to meet working conditions, and can be exchanged easily. It remains firmly in place even when the heaviest travellers are used.
