<p>PURPOSE:To make a new charge added or issue an additional card, and to control opening/closing of a gate of, e.g., a parking lot for bicycles by using a prepaid card functioning both as a prepaid card and as a commuter pass. CONSTITUTION:There are provided in a prepaid card 4 a recording part for recording at least data related to the utilizing date of the equipment sequentially updated and a display part where the data related to the utilizing date is recorded by a recording means. Data of a commuter pass related to the utilizing year, month, day of the equipment is indicated on the display part. When the prepaid card 4 is inserted into a card reader/writer 3, an addition is imposed to the prepaid card or an additional card is issued, etc., quickly. At the same time, it is so adapted that when the prepaid card 4 is inserted into the card reader/writer 3, opening/closing of a gate of, e.g., a parking lot for bicycles is surely controlled.</p> |
