PURPOSE:To ensure that a traveling truck, powered by the rotation of a propeller which rotates due to a fluid in a tubular interior, can travel easily overcoming the flow speed of the fluid, then the flow speed on a tubular inner surface of the fluid in a tube is accelerated and foreign matter is prevented from sticking to the tubular inner surface properly by a brush attached to the traveling truck. CONSTITUTION:A propeller 3 which rotates due to the flow of a liquid in a pipe A is installed in the center of a traveling truck 1 with wheels 19a to 19b which travels in the pipe A. The rotation of the propeller 3 is transmitted to clutches 12, 13 which freely rotate around a rotating shaft 7 through gears to 10a to 10d and reduction gears 11a to 11d, and the rotating shaft 6 is allowed to rotate by shifting clutches 15, 16 which rotate with the rotating shaft 6, being able to engage itself with the clutches 12, 13. Thus the rotation of the rotating shaft 6 is transmitted to wheels 19a 19b by a gear mechanism to move the traveling truck 1. |
