SLEEVE FOR POWDERY MATERIAL BLOWING TUYERE

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a sleeve for powdery material blowing tuyere which is hardly stuck with coal ash and does not damage by thermal shock and can easily change at the time of wearing. CONSTITUTION:This sleeve is made of Al2O3-Cr2O3 sintered compact consisting of continued phase of Al2O3-Cr2O3 matrix mainly containing tetragonal system zirconia in the range of 2/98-4/96mol ratio of yttrium as the third component and zirconia and a second phase aggregated particles dispersed in the matrix continued phase, and formed to aggregated body of uniform mixed material of the matrix containing controlled fine cracks in the matrix other than the third component in the dispersed second phase and the unstable zirconia. The matrix is composed of 37-98wt.% aluminum oxide, 1-57wt.% chromium oxide and <=6wt.% partially-stabilized zirconia as the third component.
