CONSTITUTION:A motor M which has been driven by a power supply E is driven by the inertial force of wheels and generates an electromotive force, when a switch S3 is operated to the side of a terminal D. At this time, a capacitor C1 is charged by the electromotive force. When the switch S3 is switched to the side of a terminal C in order to driving the motor M again, the motor M is driven by the power outputted from the capacitor C1, and no current is fed from the power supply E to the motor M until a terminal voltage VC across the capacitor C1 satisfies a predetermined requirement. |
