<p>A belt tightening device, wherein a first end of a first belt (5) disposed at one lengthwise side of the belt tightening device is fixed to a wind-up shaft (6) driven by operating an operating lever (10), a wind-in member (9) and a fixed rod (2) are provided at the other lengthwise side of the device, and a belt length adjusting mechanism (8) is provided which adjusts the length of a second belt (7) disposed at the other lengthwise side of the belt tightening device and can fix the second belt (7) in position once its length has been adjusted. <IMAGE></p> |
