CONSTITUTION:The objective method for producing confectionery having a pattern, exhibiting a recessed pattern on the dough surface is characterized by using a mold for confectionery made of a heat-resistant material having a rubbery flexibility and exhibiting the pattern on the surface of a protruded mold. When jelly, jam, etc., combined with fruit sauces is applied to the whole dough surface, a pattern part of a recessed mold is deeply colored and clearly distinguished from the circumference to provide frozen dessert or baked confectionery, etc., having the pattern and remarkably emphasized in the pattern. |
