PURPOSE:To perform a highly accurate surface inspection by keeping off any transfer of a useless bar lamp projecting image and transferring the required number of bar lamp projecting images on the surface of an inspection object clearly. CONSTITUTION:This lighting equipment is provided with a bar lamp 2 and a reflector 3, and this reflector 3 consists of a back part 3a and two side parts 3b covering the back and both sides of the bar lamp 2, and a surface of the back part 3a is set down to a nonreflective surface and the side parts 3b to a mirror surface, respectively. |
