PURPOSE:To keep the crosssectional shape of wire material forming a coil in a prefect circle at the manufacture of coiled spiral material by winding rigid synthetic resin wire material round core metal under heat. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of outer member blocks 2, 2 and 2 are made by peripherally dividing a core metal outer member 1. With grooves 6, 6... with semicircular section formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of the respective outer member blocks 2, 2 and 2, one continuous spiral groove 7 is produced on the outer periphery of the core metal outer member. A core metal inner member 4 is tightly inserted so as to be freely able to put in and take out of the core hole 3 of the core metal outer member 1 and the core hole 3 of the core metal outer member 1 is characterized so as to be hollow in order to freely insert and draw one of the outer member blocks 2 in and out of the core hole. |
