Charging system for implantable hearing aids and tinnitus masks with a multiply rechargeable DC voltage source (25). The charging system has an implantable receiving resonance circuit (15, 16) as an electric power source for the DC voltage source (25) to be charged and a transmitting resonance circuit (17, 18), located outside the body, which can be inductively coupled to the receiving resonance circuit for power transfer from the outside to the inside of the body.
