CONSTITUTION:An optical disk can perform the recording and erasure of data by irradiating the recording layer 2 formed on a substrate 1 with laser beam and the recording layer 2 contains a ternary compd. composed of In, Sb and Te Ge and the average compsn. thereof is (In3 SbTe2)100-xGex (wherein x is 0<x<=40 atomic %). |
