PURPOSE: To provide a grip fixing device for a kitchen utensil which can be easily disengaged by forming notches at a first and a second fixing parts on the rear surface of the grip fixing device and applying a couple stress on the adjacent two opposite surfaces of the notches by a separation tool to make the grip fixing device disengaged. CONSTITUTION: A notch 25 is formed inside each support 22 on the rear surface 24 of the grip 2. The notch 25 is slit-shaped reaching inside a hollow room 23. The grip 2 is disengaged from an engaging member 11 by the notch 25 assisted by a separation tool 3. The engaging member 11 is welded to the wall part 12 by a web 11a, and the surface 11b of the engaging member 11 can be used as a corresponding receiving part for a blade 31 of the separation tool 3. The notch 25 is positioned so that the surface 25a opposite the surface 11b toward the longitudinal direction of the notch 25 can allow the blade 31 to be guided. When a rotation moment is applied in the direction shown by the arrow 32, the releasing rotation moment is given on the grip fixing device by the separation tool 3.
