PURPOSE:To make it unnecessary to remove a burr even though a burr in the vertical direction is generated, by positioning the front end of a liquid pouring sleeve at the part lower than the lower end of a liquid pouring hole formed at the inner side of the liquid pouring sleeve. CONSTITUTION:The upper end edge 4a of the first liquid pouring sleeve 4 is cut obliquely, and the lower end edge 5a of the second liquid pouring sleeve 5 is also made in the form cutting obliquely in the same manner. And a liquid pouring hole 3 formed in the liquid pouring sleeve 4 has a constant diameter, while the liquid pouring hole 3 connecting thereto formed in the second sleeve 5 is made smaller to the lower parts, so as to control the liquid pouring speed of an electrolyte. When such a system is manufactured, a pin is inserted to the part to form the liquid pouring hole 3 to from the hole 3. When it is formed in such a way, a burr may attach to the periphery of the liquid pouring hole 3. And by forming the lower end edge of the sleeve 5 obliquely, a trouble of deformation of the hole 3 by abutting the tip of the burr to a horizontal stand is prevented, when the sleeves are loaded on the horizontal stand. |
