PURPOSE:To provide a part-enveloping tape and a part feeder thereof to remarkably enhance a part mounter in in-situ operation rate, where the tape and the part feeder are used in the part mounter which mounts parts on a printed board. CONSTITUTION:When a part-enveloping tape main body 1 is mounted on a part feeder 12 making use of positioning projections 11 provided to a guide 7 annexed to the part-enveloping tape main body 1, the feed holes 2 of the tape main body 1 are engaged with feed pins of a toothed wheel 13, and the part-enveloping tape presser 15 is set pressing the part-enveloping tape main body 1. As the guide 7 itself serves also as a separating means, the troublesome positioning of a separating point and the holding of a cover tape 4 can be dispensed with. |
