PURPOSE:To enhance a part feeder in part sucking rate, where the part feeder is used in a part mounter which mounts parts on a printed board. CONSTITUTION:A regulating plate 1 which controls a part-enveloping tape 6 in a vertical direction is provided between a tape presser 2 which presses the part-enveloping tape 5 and a fixed edge 3a and a movable edge 3b which cut off the part-enveloping tape 5, whereby the tape presser 2 is protected against vibration caused by an impact force and a cutting force at cutting to enhance a part sucking rate at a part takeout section 13, so that an electronic part 7 can be stably fed. |
