The device includes an amplifying circuit (1) for amplifying the input signal, a positive output voltage compensating circuit (2) for compensating the difference vlotage of the amplifying from reference voltage, a negative output voltage compensating circuit (3) for compensating the difference voltage of the amplifying from reference voltage, a negative feedback detection circuit (4) for detecting the output voltage levels, a wave compensating circuit (5) for compensating the negative feedback phase delay, a PWM control circuit (6) for generating switching pulse signals, a switching circuit (7) for supplying voltage to the primary of a transformer (8), the transformer (8) for amplifying the vlotage, a voltage rectifying circuit (9)(11) and low-pass filter circuits (10)(12) for filtering the induced voltage, and a power amplifying circuit(16).
