<p>PURPOSE:To realize the smooth retrieval of a video recording program by recording PDC data when the program is broardcasted on a part of a tape previously instead of a usual VISS signal, by using data, concuring a VTR corresponding to a PDC service started in England recently. CONSTITUTION:At a recording time, the PDC data contained into a video signal outputted from a video input part 11 is decoded by a PDC data decoding part 12 and the data is recorded on a magnetic tape with the video signal by a magnetic recording and reproducing part 13. Then, at a program retrieving time, when e. g. sport is specified by an operation part 15, by a PDC data decision part 16 receiving the instruction, the tape is rewound or fast-feeded till the PDC data from the magnetic recording and reproducing part 13 contains the sport is detected with a tape running control part 17 and when detected, the instruction of reproducing is issued.</p> |
