PURPOSE:To utilize much heat without ion exchange resin treatment and to eliminate generation of pollusion, by applying heat-exchange to recycled water with generated remaining heat so that it may make re-condensation through vaporization in a cell power generation plant. CONSTITUTION:A point of this water treatment system different from that of a conventional plant is that a means to refine recycled water and a secondary hydrogen are prepared. Concretely, water recycled by means of an exhaust gas treatment system 500 is sent to an evaporating refiner (h) to be vaporized with heat generated by means of a fuel cell body A instead of an ion exchange resin and at the same time to be re-condensed by means of cooling water of a secondary hydrogen 200 to make pure water. Water refined by means of re-condensation is used for cooling the body A and/or mixed with raw fuel to be used for reforming or denaturation. By these process, as ion exchange resin is not used as a refining means for recycled water in the secondary hydrogen 200 to cool the first hydrogen 100, its temperature is allowed to high level and a cooling tower is not necessary for the secondary hydrogen 200, and it is possible to recycle much energy in exchanging area after cooling the first hydrogen 100. |
