PURPOSE:To make it possible to increase the number of subscribers without expanding a communication system in a base station of a radio zone reduced at its traffic. CONSTITUTION:This system consists of a main management device 4 provided with a subscriber management memory 43b corresponding to plural calling systems and a stand-by subscriber management memory 43e and a calling system 2b managed by the device 4, and at the time of detecting a call from a mobile machine, collating the call with subscriber's information stored in its memory and allowing the connection of the call. When the total number of subscribers exceeds the subscriber memory capacity of a traffic-reduced zone and there is a margin in the traffic, excess subscriber information is stored in the memory 43e, and if the calling mobile machine does not correspond to the subscriber information stored in a system control part 23, excess subscriber information is referred to enable an additional subscriber exceeding the allowable number of subscribers to be registered in a subscriber memory to execute talking. |
