PURPOSE:To disperse a time zone when calls are concentrated by making the use charge of a terminal inexpensive if a moving object terminal subscriber himself registers beforehand the transmission and incoming connection regulating time of its own terminal. CONSTITUTION:When the moving object terminal 1 registers the regulation of the connection, the terminal 1 transmits regulation information. A moving object telephone exchange 5 receives the transmission analyzes it and stores it in a subscriber data memory 7. When an incoming connection request exists at a moving object terminal 1 from a telephone set 10 via a general public network 9 in the time zone when the incoming connection to the moving object terminal 1 is regulated, the received callee number is analyzed and the subscriber data memory 7 is read. While the incoming connection is being regulated, a regulation notifying device 6 is connected and the matter is notified to the telephone set 10. At the time of a speech termination, speech information is recorded as charging information in the recording medium of a charging data recorder 8, the regulation information of the subscriber memory 7 is read out and it is recorded in the charging data recorder 8. This information is processed by the operator of the moving object telephone exchange 5 and a slip for which charge is discounted is prepared. |
