发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF JOINED BODY OF HIGH POLYMER ELECTROLYTE FILM AND ELECTRODE
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce internal resistance of a fuel cell, and improve an output of the fuel cell by heating and pressurizing both at a specific temperature when a high polymer electrolyte film is joined with two gas diffusible electrodes in the high polymer electrolyte type fuel cell. CONSTITUTION:After solution formed by using resin similar to high polymer electrolyte as salute and alcoholic organic solvent as solvent is applied to a complex composed of mixture of fluorine contained resin and carbon, both surfaces of a high polymer electrolyte film 101 in a high polymer electrolyte type fuel cell are sandwiched between gas diffusible electrodes 102 from which solvent is evaporated and removed. Next, it is heated and pressurized at 120-140 deg.C in the vicinity of 130 deg.C of a glass transition temperature of the high polymer electrolyte film 101, and the high polymer electrolyte film 101 is joined with the two gas diffusible electrodes 102 and 102 sandwiching it. Next, this is reheated to a temperature between 60 deg.C and a decomposition temperature higher by 30 deg.C than the glass transition temperature of the high polymer electrolyte film 101, and is pressed. The internal resistance reduced high polymer electrolyte type fuel cell having the internal resistance reduced high polymer electrolyte film 101 and the gas diffusible electrodes 102 can be obtained.
