PURPOSE:To easily prepare documents regardless of relation between the constitutive elements of documents or between documents by referring to the relation between defined constitutive elements, deciding the contents of the other related constitutive element when the contents of a certain constitutive element are decided, and preparing the document. CONSTITUTION:In the case of preparing documents, an input from a user is received by an input means 1, the inputted constitutive element is judged by a structure analyzing means 4, and the document is prepared by a document preparing means 6. At such a time, the document preparing means 6 requires the investigation of the presence/absence of the relation to an information retrieving means 5. While referring to the relation preserved in a preserving means 9, the information retrieving means 5 investigates whether there is any constitutive element related to the inputted constitutive element or not. When there is the related constitutive element, processing is performed according to the defined relation by a relation processing means 8 while referring to a processing method preserved in the preserving means 9. Thus, the contents of the other related constitutive element are automatically decided. |
