The display unit for objects has a housing similar in form and shape to that of a television set. The objects (6) are placed on a base (11) and a viewing disc (10) is set into a front panel. Located within the housing is a semi-transparent mirror (5) set diagonally. At the top rear corner is a strip lighting unit (3) in a holder. The light is directed onto the object and is reflected via the mirror onto the viewing screen. A screen element (3a) can be rotated to provide an alternating display/no display effect. USE/ADVANTAGE - Allows improved display effect by on-off operation.
