The invention relates to a toy car remote control device, the said toy car having electrically powered functions including: a transmitter which transmits a radio signal and, a receiver which receives the said signal and controls the functions of the car, the said signal being a digital waveform composed of serial data (3-5) organized within a time frame (6). The said serial data codes comprise two identification code pulses, or ID code pulses, and control code pulses, each control pulse controlling a function of the toy car. <IMAGE>
