PURPOSE:To provide a magnetic disc manufacturing method by which a magnetic disc can be manufactured which allows a magnetic head to slightly float up in order to provide a high recording density magnetic disc. CONSTITUTION:A processing head 1 which is rotated around a rotating axis which is parallel to the rotating axis is supported so as to be movable in the direction of the rotating axis of the magnetic disc 1, and is floated up by a dynamic pressure which is induced by the rotation of the processing head, projecting parts on the magnetic disc are selectively processed in an atmosphere of fine abrasive grain. |
