发明名称 METHOD FOR RECOVERING SOLVENT
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To recover nitrogen gas in a system and at the same time, enable a solvent to be recovered safely and at high concentration factor by allowing an effluent gas to a nitrogen adsorption column from a solvent readsorption process to recover nitrogen, and supplying nitrogen gas to the nitrogen parallel flow purge process of a solvent absorption column. CONSTITUTION:A solvent absorption column 5B wherein an adsorption process is finished drives a blower 9 and enters a nitrogen parallel flow purge process to desorb the nitrogen absorbed in a nitrogen adsorption column 7. Further, the column 5B allows the nitrogen to run, passing in parallel and thereby, replaces the remaining air with the nitrogen to decrease an oxygen density in the column. The solvent adsorption column 5B wherein the nitrogen parallel flow purge process is finished proceeds to a solvent readsorption process to allows a concentrated solvent gas to flow past in parallel in the column 5B through a flow path 10 from a concentrated solvent gas holder 12. Thus the nitrogen remaining in the solvent adsorption column 5B is purged by a solvent and at the same time, the solvent concentration in the column is increased. On the other hand, the nitrogen gas purged from the column 5B is introduced into the nitrogen adsorption column 7, and is recovered by adsorption using an absorbent.</p>
