PURPOSE:To display continuous images on plural monitors by comparing a video signal outputted from a reference camera with a video signal outputted from its adjacent camera and controlling the cameras so that a coincident point is arranged on the end of a screen of the adjacent camera. CONSTITUTION:Video signals picked up by cameras 11 to 1n are respectively stored in frame memories 31 to 3n and the existence of the same signal between memories 3i, 3i+1 is detected by an image position comparator 70. A coincident position between both the images is sent to a camera phase control circuit 80. The circuit 80 sends zoom, vertical and horizontal control signals to a camera control circuit 2i+1 to control the cameras 1i, 1i+1 so that the image coincident point between both the cameras 1i, 1i+1 is expanded to the full horizontal range of a camera input image. When the control is successively executed between respective cameras, continuous and unoverlapped images are successively outputted. Thereby continuous images can be displayed on plural monitors and a video conference with presence can be executed. |
