<p>In a powder composition for surface-coating metal substrates by plasma transfer (PTA), the powder particles contain 18.0-30.0 % by weight of Cr, 5.0-20.0 % by weight of Ni, 1.0-3.5 % by weight of C, optionally 0.1-3.0 % by weight of each of Mn, Si and Mo, and optionally at least 0.005 % by weight of N and at the most 0.05 % by weight of 0, the balance being Fe. In a method for surface-coating a metal substrate, the powder is deposited on the substrate by plasma transfer (PTA).</p> |
