PURPOSE:To obtain a ceiling mounting type air conditioner in which comfortable air conditioning effect is obtained by a single body irrespective of a ceiling mounting position even in a room to be conditioned in a wide area and noise can be reduced. CONSTITUTION:At least two sets of heat exchangers 21a, 21b and blowers 20a, 20b are contained in a body 12 attached to a ceiling T, and diffusers 15a, 15b for diffusing to guide heat exchanged air are provided along a ceiling surface of a body. Flaps 16a, 16b for setting diffusing direction of the exchanged air are provided at the diffusers, and a position set switch 24 is set in response to a ceiling mounting position of the body. A control mechanism C for regulating the flaps in response to the setting and individually controlling air flow rates of the blowers is provided. |
