<p>PURPOSE:To allow a CMOS type IC to execute a stable operation without being affected by temperature by including a means for generating power supply voltage capable of setting up the operation speed of a CMOS type IC to a specific value at a temperature obtained by a detecting means. CONSTITUTION:When the information of a peripheral temperature sensed by a temperature sensor 1 is transmitted to a power supply voltage controller 2, the control information of voltage corresponding to the temperature is transmitted to a power transistor(TR) 3, which generates a proper voltage and sends the voltage to a CMOS electronic circuit 4. The information from the TR 3 is fed back to the device 2 again to monitor the level of the voltage. At this time, when the sensor 1 obtains low temperature information, the device 2 requests a low voltage to the TR 3 in order to reduce the speed of the CMOS, and at the time of obtaining high temperature information on the contrary, the device 2 requests a high voltage to the TR 3 to increase the operation speed of the CMOS. Thus the operation speed of the circuit 4 can be always held at a prescribed value.</p> |
