摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition which is safe in food sanitation, excellent in lubricity and resistance to oxidation, and can be suitably used as a lubricant for food processing machinery. CONSTITUTION:This composition contains as the essential constituents 20-80wt.% saturated medium-chain fatty acid glyceride and/or glyceride containing saturated medium-chain fatty acid glyceride, 10-50wt.% lanolin and 10-40wt.% vegetable wax and/or animal wax.
