Mineral-wool insulating plate - has front and rear surfaces machined to form parallel horizontal grooves which are evenly spaced
摘要
The one piece plate is machined at the front and rear surfaces to give improved adhesion, typically so as to form parallel grooves (3) running horizontally. The grooves can be evenly spaced and between 0.5 and 10 mm deep. They can be milled out, or cut out by water jets. Abrasive material such as sand can be added during production of the blanks. Cutting out can alternatively be by carbon-dioxide laser beam or high-pressure compressed air. ADVANTAGE - Better adhesion of glue or plaster, and longer life under varying weather conditions.
