<p>PURPOSE:To save man-hour for layout with the ROM code change of users in a building block system standard cell custom LSI provided with a ROM. CONSTITUTION:This circuit is provided with a switching circuit 4 to input an address inputted from a user macro 2 and an address generated at an internal counter 6, to select any one of addresses through the control operation of a test mode signal 102 and to output it, address decoder 5, ROM cell 7 to output data at any arbitrary destination designated by the address, switching circuit 9 to select any one of data through the control operation of a test mode signal 101 and to output it, and switching circuit 10 to input data outputted from the switching circuit 9 and data outputted through a user macro 3, to select any one of data through the control operation of the test mode signal 102 and to output it.</p> |
